The Missouri National Guard Association (MONGA) was established in 1947 for the purpose of providing united representation for all Army and Air National Guard members of the State of Missouri. As a united voice, MONGA is heard by both State Legislature and Congress as the MONGA strives to improve the quality of life for all Guardsmen, while ever seeking to improve the readiness and mission capabilities of units within the Missouri National Guard as they carry out the Guard’s state and federal missions.

We are a not-for-profit, 501(c)(19) Missouri-based corporation. Offices of MONGA are located at Missouri National Guard headquarters, the Ike Skelton Training Site, Jefferson City, Missouri.

Our mission statement: Improve the quality of life for all Guardsmen, retirees, and their families while improving the readiness and capabilities of the Missouri National Guard.

MONGA wears many hats but all of them are centered around being the pillar of support Guardsmen and their families need. Whether it's through advocating certain programs/legislation for Guardsmen or providing support to Gold Star families, MONGA tries to stand strong for our Guardsmen in Missouri.
